Technical Project Manager with Scrum Master Experience
Client is migrating from O365 to Google Workspace. This project is to manage the email migration. Must have large system migration experience. Specifically, migrating email systems. Gmail and Outlook
12 month W2 (ONLY) Contract - (no C2C, 1099, or Sponsorship)
W2 Rate: $65.00/Hr - USD $70.00
Senior Project Manager & Scrum Master will focus on leading Email migration project. This resource will play a pivotal role in developing and managing the project plan for email migration, coordinating with IT teams and stakeholders, identifying and mitigating project risks and conducting post-migration validation and testing. This position requires a unique blend of technical project management expertise, agile methodologies.
About the Role:
Project Leadership: Drive end-to-end project management of complex technical initiatives, from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and meeting high-quality standards. Agile Champion: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.), foster a collaborative team environment, and remove roadblocks to ensure smooth project execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with diverse stakeholders across the organization, including product managers, engineers, IT, and business leaders, to align project goals and ensure successful outcomes.
Employee-Centric Focus: Understand and advocate for employee needs, gathering feedback, and translating insights into actionable project requirements.
Technology Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in common workplace productivity tools and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies.
Communication & Reporting: Provide clear and concise project updates to stakeholders, create comprehensive documentation, and track key performance indicators.
Required Experience:
8+ years of experience in technical project management, ideally within a software development or IT environment.
Experience in managing large scale migration projects
Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a track record of successful Agile project delivery.
Experience working with agile dashboards to track metrics.
Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Self-Starter: Proactive, independent, and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Problem Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for finding innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar certifications - Highly preferred
The estimated pay range for this position is USD $65.00/Hr - USD $70.00/Hr.
