Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager to join our fine dining restaurant in Brooksville, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and efficiency. Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality. Manage and support front-of-house staff, ensuring a positive work environment. Schedule employees for the front-of-house to optimize service and efficiency. Ensure financial targets are met, including cost control, budgeting, and revenue generation. Possess and utilize strong wine knowledge to enhance the guest dining experience. Rearrange furniture as required to accommodate varying guest counts. Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with the General Manager to drive continuous improvement and operational success. Qualifications & Experience: A minimum of a few years of experience in high-volume fine dining restaurant management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proven track record of achieving financial results. Excellent guest service skills and the ability to lead by example. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Wine expertise is a significant advantage. Physical ability to rearrange restaurant furniture as needed. Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $50K to $80K, commensurate with experience.
