What You'll Do: • Provides investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware/software problems • Installs, modifies, cleans up, run diagnostic programs and repairs computer hardware/ peripherals and software • Handle incoming phone calls regarding various customer service inquiries on Morgan Stanley accounts. • Respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, consistently meeting key department performance metrics. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive experience. • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
