About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our team and help shape the user experience of our enterprise security products. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, efficient, and scalable designs that enhance security workflows while maintaining a seamless user experience. Your expertise in designing for enterprise security solutions will be instrumental in ensuring that our products are both functional and user-friendly.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Translate complex security concepts into intuitive user interfaces that cater to both novice and expert users.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize and communicate design ideas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and security experts, to align designs with business and technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and UI patterns to ensure consistency across security products.
  • Advocate for user-centric design principles and contribute to the overall UX strategy of the organization.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and performance metrics.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, security best practices, and emerging UX/UI technologies.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on enterprise software or security products.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.
  • Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and accessibility principles.
  • Ability to simplify complex workflows and create intuitive user experiences for technical products.
  • Familiarity with security concepts such as authentication, encryption, and threat management is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concepts to stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects, especially those related to enterprise or security applications.

Nice to Have:
  • Background in cybersecurity, network security, or IT security domains.
  • Experience working with data visualization and dashboards.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
