- Analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure data integrity.
- Identify and resolve complex system issues while ensuring compliance with audit and security policies.
- Document solutions, provide best practices leadership, and mentor team members for ongoing system improvements.
BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Lead automation initiatives within HR and IT applications to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- 1-3 years of experience configuring Configure and manage incentive compensation platforms like Varicent and Motivator to align with business goals.
- Develop complex queries and advanced Excel formulas to improve reporting and decision-making.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly across all levels of the organization while managing multiple high-priority projects.
