Location: Kalamazoo, MI

Salary: $65,000.00 USD Annually - $70,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
A growing food company located near Kalamazoo, MI is currently searching for a Human Resources Supervisor.


In return, the company offers a good starting salary, benefits and 10% relocation


Salary range for this position is $65-70k plus 10% bonus depending on years of experience


This is a 1st shift position



Qualifications & Requirements:




-2+ Years experience as an HR Supervisor or HR Lead in a manufacturing plant




-Experience in a Food manufacturing plant. 24/7 operation




-Knowledgeable in Workers comp and Unemployment issues




-Actively participated in employee investigations and EEOC claims




-Active participant in recruiting hourly and salary positions




-Strong leadership skills--Trains, mentors and develops a young team




-Has worked with safety manager and has safety skills




-Managed onboarding/off boarding, training department, development of training plans, active participant in recruiting process in area that is hard to recruit.
