Job Description:

Location: REMOTE

Salary: Negotiable

Description: Our client is currently seeking a NetSuite Administrator.


Position: NetSuite Administrator (Hybrid must be able to go into NY HQ when needed)

Pay Rate: 60-70/hr ** negotiable

Duration- on-going contract


A NetSuite Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the performance of a NetSuite ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. Their duties include configuring modules, troubleshooting system issues, creating reports and dashboards, and providing user support1. The role requires a combination of technical, business, and financial skills.

**** In addition to the below, they need a resource who can extract data from their other systems, format it for uploading to NS, and do the necessary configuration so the data can be uploaded and used in all the ways that company needs to run their business.


***** Must have scripting experience.

Here are some key responsibilities:

1. Configuration and Maintenance: NetSuite Administrators configure and maintain the NetSuite software to maximize workflow efficiency and achieve business goals. They create, integrate, and maintain high-performing dashboards tailored to the company's needs.

2. Technical Support: Administrators ensure the backend functions correctly and provide ongoing technical support to team members.

3. Soft Skills: Effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and a calm demeanor are essential for handling the fast-paced, high-pressure situations often encountered in this role.

4. Must have strong accounting skills to help the Tillman team with accounting best practices within the context of using NetSuite

Background: While a degree in Computer Science is common, experience in NetSuite is equally important. NetSuite certifications and familiarity with accounting, business administration, finance, or economics are valuable
