Job Summary:
Westgate Gardens Care Center is seeking an experienced and certified Dietary Manager to oversee our dietary services in a skilled nursing setting. This is a rewarding leadership role where you'll manage a team and ensure that residents receive meals that are both nutritious and made with care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead food service operations and staff


• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations


• Plan menus and coordinate therapeutic diets


• Collaborate with clinical and dietary teams


• Maintain inventory and kitchen budget


• Train, supervise, and evaluate dietary employees

Qualifications:

• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential


• Experience in healthcare or skilled nursing preferred


• ServSafe certified or willing to obtain


• Strong team leadership, organizational, and communication skills
