What You’ll Get to Do The Regional Sales Representative is focused on creating and closing opportunities by engaging with Glazing Sub Contractors, Architects, and General Contractors, and reports to the Sales Director.
This role is perfect for an individual who is dynamic, motivated, and possesses strong strategic thinking skills. A vital member of the Sales Team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.
Job responsibilities include:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales action plan, including budgeting and sales forecasts, to generate new sales and maintain existing accounts.
Utilize company sales tools and systems, such as Storefronts, Window Walls, and Curtain Walls, to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Execute sales promotional initiatives and market new products, preparing engaging presentations for customers as needed.
Cultivate existing accounts, managing relationships for growth and repeat sales.
Plan and oversee trade shows and related activities to showcase our products and services.
What We Are Looking For
Minimum of 5 years of experience selling to glazing contractors.
Strong understanding of Storefronts, Window Walls, and Curtain Walls, along with technical knowledge of aluminum glazing systems.
Excellent public speaking and communication skills, with a focus on educating architects and customers in the glazing industry.
Salary: $86,700 - $108,000
