Job Objective: :The Technical Project Manager is a leading performer that manages Technical Services projects and processes by leveraging creativity and comprehensive operational understanding to develop and implement new strategies and programs that help the Company reduce costs and meet goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure project milestones are met.
Work with department leads to secure necessary resources for project success.
Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement risk management plans.
Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes.
Implement quality control measures to ensure that manufacturing processes align with project requirements and quality standards.
Monitor and address deviations from quality expectations.
Ensure that projects are completed within established timelines and milestones.
Implement project schedule adjustments as needed to address changes in scope or resource availability.
Collaborate with Technical, Manufacturing, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Perform other duties as needed.
Required Experience and Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
6-8 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Pertinent Job Information:
Temporary indirect reporting relationships may exist while working as Project lead. May be required to act in senior role, providing task related advice and direction to junior team members.
Occasional exposure to hazardous conditions caused by noise, moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, and other conditions associated with a high-traffic production floor.
Must be able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time.
Bending, crouching, and stooping may be required.
Must be able to work in non-climate-controlled facilities.
The work environment may be a noisy, high traffic manufacturing production floor.
May be required to work a flexible schedule to include evening and night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day.
The ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
