Job Description:

Duties: The resource technologist will perform routine sample processing in the Human Immunology Core Facility at the University of Pennsylvania. Principal duties are processing blood and other samples, sample banking and shipment, cellular immunology assay performance and laboratory record keeping.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related subject and 0 to 1 year of laboratory work (wet bench) experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Experience with blood and other sample processing and cryopreservation, immunology assays and/or prior work in a clinical or GLP lab setting are preferred
