Job Description:

SUMMARY

Performs proactive customer engagement to on-board new customers, identify opportunities to exceed customer expectations, and proactively resolve issues. Works cross-functionally to assess and monitor customer engagement and identify opportunities to improve the customer's experience. Additionally, collaborates with Customer Success Manager to identify key performance metrics, reporting needs, and strategize on improving customer health. Perform sales order processing and administrative work for the operation of the Inside Sales Department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Interface with customers via email, phone, and customer portals.
  • Engage with customers via phone and email regarding after-market business needs and offers.
  • Collaborating on creating processes and reports associated with customer success KPIs.
  • Engage with customers on unique business needs to determine the best solutions and offers.
  • Identify, capture, and transfer sales leads to the appropriate Sales Manager and/or Distributor.
  • Represent the customer's voice during escalations, continuous improvement efforts, and communications to customers as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to profile large regional accounts, determine potential business approaches, and develop an executable strategy to drive the success of identified accounts.
  • Contributes to customer experience through proactive relationship management.
  • Create, review, revise, and communicate the processes for determining a customer's health score.
  • Review current distributor and customer resources to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
  • Other duties and/or Projects as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS


  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years of employment history and experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and work well under pressure.
  • Must be a self-starter who can work independently and as a team.

WORK EXPERIENCE

The internship will allow the candidate to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals and customer management tools and strategize key business opportunities to drive both Revenue and Customer Satisfaction. Ability to run reports, compose business correspondence, create processes and procedures, and develop plans to execute key strategies. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
