Work Schedule

• 1st Shift 6AM - 2:30PM Monday - Friday

As a key player in our ambitious mission, you'll help ensure flawless incoming inspections and maintain our dedication to excellence.



Responsibilities:

• Conduct incoming inspection of raw materials.


• Record and document all inspection results with precision.


• Perform dimensional and visual inspections to determine compliance.


• Train employees in work procedures and quality requirements.


• Verify samples and monitor the quality of products strictly.


• Apply calipers, micrometers, gage pins, and various metrology tools and methods for detailed inspections.


• Interpret drawings and manufacturers' specifications to successfully implement inspection protocols.


• Use an iPad and computer to interact with our ERP systems for inventory control and inspection processes.


• Learn and use Trackwise for quality record management.


• Adhere to CGMP and Safety Policy to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.


• Manage nonconforming materials through a secured quarantine area.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Required: Minimum of 1 year experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control


• Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience with inspection tools and methods.


• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.


• Proficiency with technology, including iPads, computers, and ERP systems.


• Dedication to quality and safety standards.


• Ability to openly communication and collaborative with all team members of all professional levels
