Position Overview:



Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join their team in Connecticut. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume B2B collections and will be comfortable making collections calls. This role involves working with two divisions: retail and parts/service, and requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Managing high volume B2B collections and making collections calls.


• Conducting reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy.


• Communicating effectively with customers to resolve any outstanding issues.


• Setting up new clients and maintaining accurate records.


• Working collaboratively with both the retail and parts/service divisions.

Required Skills:

• Experience in high volume collections B2B.


• Proficient in account reconciliation.


• Strong customer communication skills.


• Experience with new client setup.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel.


• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry.

Soft Skills/Personality:

• Strong communicator.


• Adaptable and able to adjust as needed.


• Organized and detail-oriented.

Work Hours:



Monday to Friday, 1st Shift

Benefits:



The position offers competitive pay with a minimum of $23 per hour and a maximum of $26 per hour.
