The Payroll Administrator oversees and executes all payroll processing within an assigned regional service pod, ensuring employees receive timely and accurate payments. This position includes managing employee data, processing payroll, commissions processing, and ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations. Additionally, the Payroll Administrator acts as a primary contact for payroll-related questions, supports process improvements, educates employees of local Win companies, and updates employee records as needed.
Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Process payroll and commissions for an assigned regional pod on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
Serve as the primary contact for payroll, benefits administration, and commission processing within the regional pod.
Professionally handle phone inquiries and respond to employee questions in a timely manner.
Enter new employee information and update records as required.
Maintain effective communication with all relevant service centers within the Winsupply Family of Companies to promptly address employee issues.
Monitor, research, and report any new or changing state compliance laws and regulations related to payroll and/or benefits within the assigned regional pod.
Assess and propose improvements to existing processes.

Minimum Qualifications
Associate's degree in Accounting or Business (relevant experience may be considered)
Proficient PC skills (experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases)
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
Knowledge of payroll practices and relevant labor laws.
Minimum of 3 years payroll experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or business
Certification such as FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) or CPP (Certified Payroll Professional).
Experience with payroll processing for a large number of employees or multi-state operations.
