MMT is an emerging company that develops innovative nondestructive testing (NDT) equipment and support services for field inspection of critical energy infrastructure. Our technology reduces asset integrity risk as well as improves safety and environmental sustainability through innovation. MMT's technologies provide customers with non-destructive measures of tensile strength and fracture toughness to evaluate the remaining service capacity of critical assets.
Position Description
Part of the Operations team, this Technical Project Manager position is designed to streamline operations within the company. It reports into the Vice President of Operations. This role will help with operational issues that impact internal stakeholders. The role will play a key role in resolving issues with delivery in response to solutioning requests raised by our customers.
Responsibilities • Identifying process improvement opportunities and high-risk areas. • Working with service owners to develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges. • Supporting process improvement projects in coordination with cross functional teams. • Owning requirements gathering, project planning, implementation, and deployment support for our partners • Investigating and diagnosing hardware and software challenges alongside MMT delivery teams to ensure solution quality and sustainability • Coordinating response to tickets raised for hardware and software support from various teams • Mastering MMT's product suite to better understand how clients can use our technology and in turn supplement our product roadmap
Skills & Qualifications • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules • Experience defining KPI's/SLAs used to drive multi-million-dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership • Experience managing support teams in responding to tickets raised for hardware and software support • Software and/or hardware development experience in an engineering environment • A self-starter by nature with applied knowledge of integrated hardware and software development processes and a strong interest in learning MMT's cutting edge technology • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to solve problems and foster relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders • Process-oriented with an eye for detail and improvements • Experience with project management tools (Monday.com, ClickUp) • Experience with CRM's (Salesforce.com) • Genuine commitment to a safety culture • B.S or MS in a relevant engineering discipline is highly preferred

Compensation and Benefits
MMT offers a competitive compensation package including base salary and a performance-based annual bonus. Base Salary is targeted to be between $90,000 - $110000. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision and life insurance, PTO, LTD and 401(k).
