Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of complex technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines, hold team members accountable and bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. Our Technology Team is an integral part of the larger organization and supports much of the growth and innovation at the company. Team members have a range of experience and diverse backgrounds allowing for significant knowledge sharing. We build out and maintain the infrastructure that powers our 24/7 monitoring centers while keeping redundancy, high availability, and cyber security top-of-mind. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with Software Engineering, Product, Technology and business teams to define project goals, requirements, and roadmaps.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and risks while ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks, dependencies, and challenges, proactively developing mitigation strategies.
  • Track and report project progress, using Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
  • Facilitate meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Drive accountability with team members to meet deadlines and execute based on our core values.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a software development or IT environment.
  • Strong understanding of Excel, Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, and other project management frameworks.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in risk management, resource planning, and problem-solving.
  • Technical background in software development, cloud computing, or IT infrastructure is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and time-management skills.
  • PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
