Job Summary

We're seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Omnichannel Insights Analyst to join our marketing team. In this newly created role, you'll play a critical part in helping us make smarter, faster decisions across our ecommerce and wholesale channels.

You'll analyze product performance across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Shopify and Faire, as well as traditional brick-and-mortar retailers. Your insights will directly influence how we optimize sales, identify new opportunities, and guide product development efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Analyze ecommerce sales data across platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Faire) to track performance, uncover trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Generate reports on wholesale performance, identifying top-performing products and areas for improvement in brick-and-mortar retail channels.
  • Support new product development by conducting market and trend analysis-particularly on Amazon-to identify gaps and opportunities in the market.
  • Monitor competitor assortments, pricing and customer feedback to help refine and optimize our own product offerings.
  • Partner with the marketing and product teams to deliver insights that drive smarter launches, promotions, and assortment planning.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs and communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Assist with ad hoc data analysis projects and forecasting as needed.

Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in an ecommerce, retail, or CPG analyst role.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) a plus.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce marketplaces (especially Amazon Seller Central), analytics tools, and retail sales data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-savvy mindset.
  • Comfortable interpreting data, spotting trends, and translating insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills-you can distill complex information into clear, actionable takeaways.
  • A proactive, curious mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience with Amazon third-party research tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.) a plus.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and B2B wholesale platforms like Faire a plus.
  • Familiarity with utilizing ERP systems for reporting and analysis a plus.
