At S.T.L., we specialize in developing the prolific Marcellus Shale, currently operating 56 wells across 28,000 acres in Clinton, Potter, and Tioga Counties.

Optimize well performance through diligent monitoring and proactive recommendations.
Lead initiatives in artificial lift, chemical injections, compression facilities, and equipment refurbishment.
Spearhead drilling and completion planning, safety audits, and vendor management.
Contribute strategically to maximizing production efficiency and cost management.
We Are Looking For:
8+ years experience in oil & gas production operations.
Deep expertise in plunger lift systems, surface facilities, and production optimization.
Solid understanding of reservoir engineering fundamentals.
Strong technical proficiency with Emerson RTUs, Beijer HMIs, and relevant instrumentation diagrams.
Proven leadership, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Flexibility and readiness to address field challenges proactively.
