Position Overview:
As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of engaging high-level executives and seasoned real estate investors. Your primary responsibility will be to drive strategic outreach, identify and qualify new business opportunities, and facilitate meaningful conversations between prospects and our executive sales team. Your ability to navigate complex business landscapes, establish credibility with C-level executives, and articulate the unique value of The Collective Genius will be pivotal to our continued growth.
This position is based in Downtown Tampa, FL, with the flexibility to work remotely on Tuesdays and Thursdays for local candidates. The role requires travel 5-7 times per year for Collective Genius events.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Prospecting & Outreach: Identify, research, and engage high-level executives and experienced real estate investors through personalized outreach campaigns.
Lead Qualification: Assess potential members based on investment portfolio, deal flow, business objectives, and alignment with our community's culture.
High-Value Engagement: Initiate conversations that resonate with seasoned investors, effectively positioning The Collective Genius as the premier network for growth and collaboration.
Consultation Scheduling: Secure high-quality meetings between qualified prospects and our sales team, ensuring a seamless transition.
Social Selling: Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn and industry forums to connect with potential members, fostering relationships and expanding our reach.
CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of outreach efforts, interactions, and pipeline progression using HubSpot or Salesforce.
Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, enhance targeting strategies, and maximize conversion rates.
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on real estate market trends, investment strategies, and competitor activities to engage prospects with relevant insights.
Event Support: Play an integral role in The Collective Genius events, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees and fostering meaningful connections.
Community Advocacy: Serve as a trusted ambassador of our brand, representing The Collective Genius with professionalism, integrity, and expertise.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Proven track record in sales development, executive outreach, or business development, preferably engaging high-net-worth individuals or C-level executives.
Exceptional communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Strong ability to work independently while collaborating within a dynamic, results-driven team.
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Outreach, SalesLoft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred.
Deep understanding of the real estate investment industry is highly preferred.
Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding performance targets.
