We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive new business growth in managed services and IT project sales. If you're a motivated self-starter with strong outbound sales skills and a passion for technology, this is the opportunity for you!
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new Managed Services opportunities through outbound prospecting.
Generate leads via databases, networking, meetings, social media, and cold outreach.
Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients (virtual & in-person).
Deliver tailored sales presentations that address customer pain points.
Prepare and present sales proposals to close new accounts.
Collaborate with marketing to refine outreach strategies.
Maintain organized prospect records and follow up consistently.
Skills

Performance Expectations:
50+ calls per day targeting decision-makers.
5-10 conversations per day with completed pitches and rebuttals.
1-3 client appointments per week (discovery meetings).
2 proposal presentations per month.
1 closed sale per month after onboarding
Compensation & Commission Structure:
100% of monthly value for outbound sales (Year 1)
50% of monthly value for inbound sales (Year 1)
25% of monthly value for Year 2 & 3 on contract anniversary
