About The Role:
As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind making sure our realty products don't just exist-but thrive. You'll help connect the dots between product development and getting our solutions into the hands of customers. That means leading a talented cross-functional team of UX/UI designers and creatives, shaping product marketing strategies, managing launches, and using data to keep improving. Most importantly, you'll foster a collaborative and high performing environment where great ideas turn into great products.
Here's a snapshot of what you'd be doing:
Leading and motivating a cross-functional squad of UX/UI designers and creatives, creating an environment where collaboration and high performance thrive. You'll be the main connection between stakeholders and your squad, making sure everyone is on the same page when it comes to product vision and roadmaps that align with business goals.
Managing and prioritizing the product backlog, keeping projects aligned with big-picture initiatives and "north star" goals. You'll take charge of sprint planning, scheduling, reviews, and retrospectives-helping the team stay efficient, agile, and on track.
Planning and rolling out new products with a solid strategy, organizing pilot programs and testing phases to ensure smooth launches and strong market adoption. You'll work closely with your team through every stage of creative and iterative development.
Setting clear success metrics and collaborating with analysts to build and maintain reporting dashboards. You'll use these insights to understand product performance and market impact, making data-driven decisions along the way.
Keeping an eye on total engagement and key drivers, identifying areas for improvement and testing new ideas to enhance user experience. You'll also track performance after launch, working with UX/UI squad members to keep refining and optimizing.
Really getting to know our users-what they need, what challenges they face, and how we can create products that truly help them. You'll use these insights to shape smart, effective product marketing strategies and guide the team's creative work.
Working with internal teams and external partners to find ways to grow traffic and expand our market reach. You'll also help develop training and educational materials to ensure users get the most out of our products.
Pitching in wherever needed (excluding licensed tasks) to help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.
