A day in the life.
As a Claims Account Executive, you will:
Process claims notices in Agency Management System /Document Imaging System and maintain data for accuracy. (RMC, Image Right and/or Client RMIS Systems)
Actively maintain diary and follow up on status of claims as needed.
Create claim kits and request loss data as needed to address client/team questions and direct stewardship discussions.
Provide value added services and consultative approach to claims management on behalf of clients and internal team members.
Assisting clients with responses to Reservation of Rights and other coverage responses.
Build strong carrier relationships with adjusters and other claims team members to form partnerships that supports both client needs and carrier objectives.
Participate in the Sales Process with production teams as needed (Explain BI Claim Services & Capabilities)
Identify, recommend and assist with implementation of risk/claims solutions for clients (WC, Auto, GL, D&O, EPL, etc)
Facilitating TPA Analysis and Selection Process.
Providing claims/risk training to client staff.
Perform other specific claims related duties as assigned.
Participation in Industry seminars
Some travel as needed.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
Multi-line carrier/TPA, risk management or brokerage claim handling experience
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience
Agent of Adjuster Licensing
Well-organized, self-motivated, willingness to learn, attention to detail
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communications skills
Good verbal presentation skills.
Computer proficiency with system of records, web-based tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point,)
A shared commitment to company values; Integrity, Collaboration Passion, Innovation, Accountability
Property and Casualty License or willingness to obtain within 90 days required.
