Overall Responsibilities:
We are looking for a User Experience Researcher. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to support our research activities in developing innovative, user-friendly products for small businesses, retail stores, and marketplace sellers. We are looking for individuals who have excellent communication skills, can work fairly independently, and are diligent and detail oriented.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
- Prepare user research activities (working with the recruiters to schedule study sessions, preparing the prototype to be tested, engaging with stakeholders, etc.)
- Observe and run usability testing sessions and interviews
- Take notes during user study sessions
- Analyze qualitative data
- Communicate findings from the study to stakeholders and the research lead
- Create reports & deliverables (including creating graphs, highlight videos, slide decks, etc.)
- Analyze, interpret, and summarize existing research
