Job Description:

We are Goshen Family Ranch, dedicated to the breeding, training, buying and selling of jumping horses, we are looking for a trainer and manager who is passionate about these beautiful animals

• Supervision and care of horses, including feeding and grooming.
• Coordinate equestrian activities, including staffing and maintenance schedules.
• Organizing competitions and coordinating Goshen Family Ranch's attendance 
• at local, state, and national equestrian events
• Participate in equestrian competitions.
• Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Manage the maintenance and cleaning of equestrian facilities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience of at least 12 months as an equestrian trainer and in the management of equestrian facilities.
• High school. 
• Solid knowledge in horseback riding, horse care and training.
• Leadership skills and ability to work in a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• 6-month training required
• It would be a plus if you are fluent in English and Spanish.
• Availability to travel within and outside the State.

 

Salary/Compensation: $4,850 per month
