Our client owns and manages over 4,000 units in NYC and has completed over $640MM in development and rehab activity.



Your new role
This is an exclusive opportunity for a Violations Specialist to support a large multifamily portfolio in NYC. Based out of the heart of Midtown Manhattan, this role will report to the Director of Property Management and will support the wider property management team. The ideal candidate will work closely with property managers and maintenance teams to track and resolve violations, including DOB, ECB, HQS, and HPD. Key responsibilities involve certifying violations, coordinating access appointments for mold and lead issues, and generating regular reports. The role also includes handling legal documentation, managing annual safety notices, and assisting with property registrations to ensure compliance.



What you'll need to succeed


To be considered for the Violations Specialist role, candidates will have the following:

• 5+ years of experience in a multifamily compliance/violations role


• Familiarity with DOB, HPD, ECB, and HQS violation processes, certifications, and regulations


• Ability to effectively interact with tenants and applicants


• Strong communication and organizational skills
