Volt is immediately hiring for an Account Executive in Austin, TX.
As an Account Executive, you will:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product details, applications, and benefits to effectively communicate value to clients.
Proactively schedule meetings and engaging showroom events with prospective and existing clients to showcase our solutions.
Efficiently manage a high volume of client accounts, ensuring consistent follow-up and exceptional service to nurture long-term relationships.
Diligently build and maintain an accurate and robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed targets.
Drive new business growth through consistent prospecting and strategic development of your own book of business within the Trade sector (Architects & Designers, office furniture dealers, Contractors & Developers).
Professionally assist walk-in clients and effectively handle incoming calls from potential customers, understanding their needs and presenting relevant solutions.
Continuously expand and maintain the contact database within our Relationship Management (RM) system, diligently adding new contacts following initial outreach.
Accurately track and report on lead generation activities, sales progress, and key performance indicators.
Consistently meet or exceed established monthly revenue targets by demonstrating excellence in daily sales behaviors and processes.
Take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring a professional and engaging environment for clients.
This a full time, direct hire opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
3-5 years of proven success in a sales role, demonstrating a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Interior Design is a significant plus.
Exceptional research, communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Solid mathematical and measurement abilities to accurately assess client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and various prospecting tools to manage leads and opportunities effectively.
Demonstrated ability to proactively develop new business through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.
Must be an outgoing, professional, and highly self-motivated individual with a strong drive for results.
Familiarity with commercial space plans and drawings is a significant plus.
Must possess a current and valid Driver's License.
Salary: $47,000 - $52,000 per year + commissions
