Investment Banking Associate, B. Dyson Capital Advisors, Greenwich, CT. Contribute to each stage of deal process: identifying client challenges, conceptualizing solutions, marketing & deal execution & closing w/institutional investors & hedge funds. Translate new ideas into persuasive & well-crafted Excel & PowerPoint. In-depth ability to model & simplify complex capital markets transactions for client presentations. Manage details of executing live transactions & deal-flow. Push boundaries in advancing current skill set. Comm effectively w/clients, vendors, legal counsel & partners while managing transaction doc & execution. Supervise 1 Investment Banking Analyst. Min req incl: Bachelor's in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, Economics or Statistics & 1 yr exp, incl completion of 1) FINRA Series 79 - Investment Banking Representative Examination, and 2) SIE - Securities Industry Essentials Examination; 1 yr of investment banking exp in equity or debt capital markets, M&A or restructuring and advanced modeling proficiency.
