Real Estate Attorney - Remote (WA-Based) at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Austin, Texas

Job Description:

Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a top Am Law 50 firm seeking a real estate attorney to assist with ongoing development-related matters.


Location: Remote, but candidates must reside in Washington State and be open to occasional on-site work in Seattle (98104)



Start: ASAP



Duration: 6+ months



Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday (full-time)



Pay Rate: $75-$87/hour



Note: Concurrent employment is not permitted


Key Qualifications:

• Actively licensed and in good standing in Washington State (must match state of residence)


• 4+ years of real estate law experience, including:




• Real estate development and construction contracting


• Drafting and reviewing leases, purchase and sale agreements, and standard real estate terms


• Experience with pre- and post-closing checklists




• Comfortable with technology and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment


• Data center experience is a plus, but not required
