The Laboratory Partnership Manager (LPM) is responsible for managing and enhancing laboratory relationships to align with global laboratory partnership objectives. Leveraging scientific and operational expertise, the LPM is responsible for expanding laboratory capabilities, driving performance management initiatives, and enhancing partner integration across the organization. By ensuring strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and high-quality service delivery, the LPM strengthens the organization's laboratory network and global service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Laboratory Partner Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary strategic liaison between the organization and partner laboratories, developing strong, collaborative relationships.
Regularly monitor, analyze, and report laboratory partner performance metrics and service delivery KPIs, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and facilitating continuous enhancements.
Conduct periodic governance with partner laboratories to assess performance, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.
Communicate and manage pathways for issue escalation and resolution between the laboratory and LabConnect.
Input and maintain vendor information database.
Coordinate and communicate study awards with partner labs, initiating and negotiating Scope of Work (SOW).
General Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Scientific Services, Client Services, Data Management, Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), Finance, and Quality Assurance to ensure efficient setup and management of vendor labs.
Ensure required data is collected to support TIS and OSD completion.
Provide support to Scientific Services, Client Services, Data Management, LIS, Finance, and QA related to vendor issues.
Serve as a single point of contact for vendors and clients.
