Mano Lani, LLC has an opening for a Program Manager focused on organic business growth to join our rapidly growing team. The Program Manager provides expertise to assist the company as we grow our business in the DoD sector. As a Program Manager your job duties may include cost / schedule / performance activities and results for projects and tracking opportunities, developing relationships, and drafting proposals that increase the number of projects under management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Not listed in order of importance; other duties may be assigned) and must be able to perform the following with minimal guidance:
Performs day-to-day management of overall contract support operations, possibly involving multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations. Organizes, directs and coordinates the planning and production of all contract support activities. Demonstrates written and oral communication skills. Has authority and responsibility to identify and commit resources required to support effort. Establishes and alters (as necessary) corporate management structure to direct effective contract support activities.
Specialized Experience: Experience in Financial Management, Cost Estimating, Procurement Strategic Planning and Execution, or Business Management. Must be capable of leading projects that involve the successful management of multi-functional teams. Specialized experience includes project development, expertise in management and control of funds and resources, and demonstrated capability in managing multiple tasks.
Review and analyze government solicitations and contracts to identify strategic opportunities for the company to pursue that include Project Management, Logistics, Engineering and Professional Support Services
Utilize CRM software to manage and track communication with potential customers, partners and opportunities
Work with GovWin, C2P, GSA or similar platforms to research, track, and identify new government contract opportunities that fit portfolio development
Collaborate with senior leadership to craft tailored pitches and proposals for various domains
Monitor and track different government agencies' activities within the companies capabilities
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and potential target markets
Assist in the development and maintenance of business development reports and dashboards
Support the team in organizing and preparing for meetings, presentations, and events
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders to ensure seamless communication and alignment of business development efforts
Craft, develop and proof communications (i.e., Task Order responses, Sources Sought, Market Research, Request for Information, Quotes, Proposals, etc.)
Travel - Some travel may be requested to support conferences, exhibits and customer engagement activities. Less than 25% travel
Compensation Minimum: $115,000.00
Compensation Maximum: $121,000.00

Hands-on experience in business development and government contracting (Dept of Defense is preferred)

Physical Requirements
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required. Possible lifting up to 25 lbs.
