Job Title: Assembly Lead - Electromechanical Assembly & Packaging
Location: Santa Ana, CA
Payrate: $26/hr (Permanent Role)
Hours: M-F, 1:30-10:00 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Assembly Lead to oversee electromechanical assembly and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in electromechanical assembly, wiring, harnesses, and interpreting complex 2D/3D technical drawings. The role requires strong leadership, mathematical skills, and the ability to manage a team in a high-mix, low-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise electromechanical assembly, wiring, white harnesses, and metal parts.
Read and interpret complex 2D/3D technical drawings.
Manage and train assembly technicians.
Ensure products are packaged securely and according to specifications.
Ensure assembly and packaging meet high-quality standards.
Drive efficiency and accuracy in assembly processes.
Apply mathematical reasoning for assembly calculations and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years in electromechanical assembly, wiring, and packaging.
Mathematical Skills: Minimum Level C Math Testing required; ability to perform basic calculations.
Leadership: Proven experience leading and managing teams.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision and quality in all assembly and packaging tasks.
