Job Title: Administrative Assistant (ONSITE, Irvine, CA)




Location: Irvine, CA
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Pay: $22 - $25 per hour (based on experience)



Job Description:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations, managing outbound communication, and assisting with client and maintenance services.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Send email templates for maintenance services to clients and vendors, ensuring clear and professional communication.

  • Manage and send outbound emails for account updates, client renewals, and service reminders.

  • Make outbound calls to clients regarding their accounts and follow up on renewals.

  • Maintain accurate records of communications and ensure timely follow-up.

  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, scheduling, and filing.

  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.

  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed, including using office tools such as Outlook, web browsers, and basic office software.




Qualifications:



  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks efficiently.

  • Comfortable with making outbound calls and handling client inquiries.

  • Experience with email and office tools (Outlook, web browsers, etc.).

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a professional demeanor.

  • Previous administrative experience preferred, but not required.
