As a RWE Analyst, you will:
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Programmer to join our Real-World Evidence (RWE) team. As a Data Programmer, you will play a key role in managing and programming Patient Health Records and Claims Data, utilizing your expertise in R, Python, and SQL. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective data processing, analysis, and reporting for real-world evidence generation.
Data Programming:
Develop and implement data processing pipelines for Patient Health Records and Claims Data using R, Python, and SQL.
Write efficient, reliable, and scalable code to handle large datasets and ensure data integrity.
Database Management:
Design and maintain databases for storing and retrieving healthcare data.
Implement data validation and quality control processes to ensure the accuracy of stored data.
Data Integration:
Integrate diverse data sources, ensuring seamless interoperability for comprehensive real-world evidence generation.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify and address data integration challenges.
Algorithm Implementation:
Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to implement algorithms for data analysis and evidence generation.
Optimize algorithms for efficiency and accuracy.
Automation:
Develop and implement automation scripts and workflows to streamline repetitive tasks related to data processing and analysis.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Documentation:
Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of data programming processes and workflows.
Ensure documentation adheres to best practices and standards
The Ideal Candidate will have:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Programmer, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.
Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, and SQL.
Experience with database management and optimization.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good to have skills:
Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of real-world evidence generation principles and practices.
Previous experience working with Patient Health Records and Claims Data.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: USD 71,500 $ - 84,000 $ Per Year Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
