Chief Operations Officer (COO) Sidney, Montana | Full-Time, On-Site
Sidney Health Center (SHC), a nationally recognized rural healthcare provider, seeks a strategic and experienced COO to lead operational excellence across its integrated health system. This executive role reports directly to the CEO and plays a pivotal part in patient care, resource management, and community health.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day operations across clinic, hospital, nursing, and community services
Drive strategic planning, quality improvement, and workforce development
Ensure compliance, financial sustainability, and patient-centered outcomes
Foster community and provider engagement across Eastern Montana and the Dakotas
Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor's degree + 5 years senior healthcare ops experience
Preferred: Master's (MBA, MHA, MPH), rural/community hospital experience
