The Division Vice President, Physician & Leadership Recruitment leads a diverse team of various levels of leadership and recruiting roles, supervising the design and execution of recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire Locum tenens physicians and sophisticated practice professionals. The ideal solutions-oriented, growth-minded candidate will drive initiatives for creative candidate generation to build supply to meet the needs of our clients.
Job Responsibilities
Strategically collaborate with division leadership weekly to evaluate projections in terms of days filled, specialty mix, and average daily rate to implement action plans that address performance and exceed monthly revenue and budget targets.
Lead and manage through ongoing performance and evaluations.
Provide mentoring and coaching to all levels of leadership and team members on Business Acumen, Critical conversations, conflict resolution, listening, and other critical proficiencies for overall team efficacy and Division cohesion/success.
Design and direct execution of candidate generation, sourcing, and recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain qualified employees.
Drive both short-term and long-term talent resource planning including recruiting capacity planning to balance our internal hiring resources to ensure the right prioritization to support the business.
Drive proactive sourcing and recruiting to grow specialty pipelines, and ensure the recruitment team develops and manages relationships with Locums providers.
Measure return on investment from lead sources (including web publication, direct mail, industry job boards, etc.) by supervising the conversion of prospective candidates/clients into a profitable business

Healthcare Recruitment or Healthcare Systems experience preferred

Pay Rate
$132,000 - $165,000 Salary Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
