Location: Vernon Hills, IL

Salary: $90,000.00 USD Annually - $120,000.00 USD Annually

Description: The Judge Group is in search of a manufacturing Accounting Manager that will lead their growing organization and growing accounting and finance group into major future expansion. You'll join a high-energy, entrepreneurial culture where your impact will be noticed and rewarded. You'll lead a team across operational accounting in AR/AP/Treasury functions.


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Lead, engage and mentor accounting team across AR/AP/Treasury


• SOX/GAAP Compliance


• Balance Sheet Reconciliations


• Financial Statement Preparation


• Budget Preparation & Review


• Prepare/Submit Corporate Tax Returns


• Financial Reporting

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics or related
• MUST HAVE Manufacturing industry experience in operational accounting
• Microsoft Excel Proficiency
• Experience working in ERP/MRP systems
