Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Sr. Systems Engineer to join our dynamic Monitoring/Observability team. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the optimization of application performance in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Dynatrace environments for monitoring infrastructure, applications, and cloud services.


• Configure dashboards to enhance visibility into system health and performance.


• Review existing observability solutions and recommend improvements.


• Maintain and update monitoring scripts for Unix and Windows servers.


• Develop custom monitoring solutions using various performance and log analytics tools.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align observability solutions with business needs.


• Analyze telemetry data to identify trends and gaps, producing reports and recommendations.

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering monitoring solutions.


• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace architecture and best practices.


• Proficiency in deploying and troubleshooting Dynatrace One Agent and Active Gates.


• Experience with AWS CloudWatch for application performance monitoring.


• Strong analytical skills to resolve application performance issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in configuring and managing enterprise-level monitoring solutions.


• Familiarity with ITSM solutions and Event Management processes.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.


• Excellent communication skills to convey technical information effectively.
