Software Support Specialist
 

Do you enjoy helping others solve software issues and making sure the support process runs smoothly? Do you like being the go-to person when things need fixing, working with end-users to find solutions, and supporting software success across teams? As a Software Support Specialist you will play a key role in providing software support, solve software issues, and create value in strong communication and teamwork. This role is perfect if you’re proactive, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering great service.

What You’ll Do:


  • Provide prompt, effective technical support to end-users


  • Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and offer efficient solutions


  • Maintain open communication with users, keeping them informed through every step


  • Proactively share known issues, workarounds, and software updates with leadership


  • Participate in software testing to ensure quality and functionality


  • Collaborate with the training department to support end-user learning


  • Build strong, positive relationships with internal teams and users


What Makes you a Great Fit:


  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field


  • 1+ year of hands-on technical support experience


  • Skilled in diagnosing software problems and finding effective fixes


  • RealPage software experience is a plus


  • Background in on-site property management is a bonus


  • Strong communication and organizational skills


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general software systems
