The Conservation District is accepting applications for a Full-time District manager. Qualified Candidates will have a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in natural resources, environmental science, engineering, business management, or field of study closely applicable to the position. A minimum of five (5) years' experience in a conservation or resource management field. A minimum of five (5) years of leadership or supervisory experience managing administrative and technical staff involved in the field of resource conservation. Proficiency in conservation program development, project management, administration, communications, and financial management. Working knowledge of environmental sciences and engineering practices. Demonstrated experience in budgeting, accounting, grant writing, and financial management. Position requires a valid Pennsylvania driver's license with no restrictions, background check and satisfactory pre-employment drug screen.
The deadline for submissions is April 18, 2025.
Salary is $50,069.00 (Grade O).
