We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Analyst to oversee and manage the inventory operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting audits, generating comprehensive inventory reports, and managing inventory transactions within SAP. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage stock and effectively communicate to business stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to, the following:
Oversee daily inventory operations, including monitoring stock movement and maintaining accurate records in the inventory management system.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Generate and analyze comprehensive inventory reports within SAP, tracking key metrics such as inventory turns, stock levels, and aging inventory.
Post inventory transactions in SAP, ensuring that all movements (e.g., receipts, issues, adjustments) are accurately reflected in the system.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues concerning inventory transactions, including discrepancies, errors, and system malfunctions.
Provide analysis on inventory performance, including identification of slow-moving or obsolete stock, and recommend strategies for improvement.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of inventory within the warehouse or storage facility.
Prepare and present regular inventory performance reports to senior management, highlighting trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Handle product returns, damaged goods, and stock discrepancies.
Train and coordinate with other inventory team members, ensuring high standards of inventory management and safety.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements related to inventory management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education & Training
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
Certification in inventory management or supply chain (e.g., APICS, CILT) is a plus.
Skills/Experience
Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or in a similar role within a supply chain or logistics environment.
Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems, specifically SAP.
Proficiency in downloading reports and posting inventory transactions in SAP.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues efficiently.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead interdepartmental teams effectively.
May require both domestic and international travel, as well as to and from local PSM offices in Jupiter and Stuart etc.
