Your new role

• Oversees the operation and maintenance of account facilities, ensuring they meet customer-approved requirements and are managed in a safe and cost-effective manner to fulfill contractual commitments.
  
  


• Articulates the operational philosophy, goals, and expectations to foster team cohesion and enhance site performance.
  
  


• Collaborates with the Facility Manager to develop and manage the operational budget for Office Services, Custodial Services, and Facility Maintenance.
  
  


• Ensures compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to the site.
  
  


• Utilizes sound business strategies to maximize cost efficiency and profitability through operational activities.
  
  


• Maintains open and consistent communication with customers, operational managers, and alliance partners.
  
  


• Evaluates and implements innovative, cutting-edge technologies to enhance building operations.
  
  


• Adheres to all company standards, policies, and procedures without exception.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, or an equivalent field is preferred.


• A minimum of 5 years' professional experience in facilities management, building operations, and supervisory roles is required, including expertise in management practices, budget oversight, vendor coordination, and operational maintenance.


• Familiarity with mechanical systems, electrical systems, uninterrupted power supply (UPS), or Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems may be essential.


• A solid background in team leadership is highly valued, accompanied by strong customer service skills.
