Customer Service - Verification Services at Equifax Inc. in West Des Moines, Iowa

Job Description:

Equifax is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our growing Verification team! This individual will complete information verification via phone or online sources using a standard verification process. The individual should possess excellent customer service skills, basic computer navigation and typing skills, and strong collaborative skills to function in a team environment.

Pay: $17.75/hr + Overtime.

Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm M-F

This is an onsite position located in West Des Moines, IA.

What you'll do

• Complete information verification via phone or online sources using a standard verification process
• Validate, complete, and document requested data through phone, fax, or email
• Analyze and research more in-depth data as requested, utilizing appropriate resources

What experience you need

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• At least 1 year of experience with basic computer navigation skills, including accurate typing, and familiarity with Google Suite applications

• Experience in a high-volume contact center, call center, of data fulfillment environment
