We are an emergency response company with 25 vehicles on the road daily, operating a 24/7 dispatch and scheduling center. We're seeking a driven, experienced Call Center Manager to lead our team of 6-10 call center representatives and billing staff. This person will be responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery, effective dispatching, real-time response coordination, and team accountability.
This is a fast-paced, high-impact leadership role with direct oversight of day-to-day call center operations, staff performance, and client communication. You will report directly to the owner and collaborate closely with two department managers to drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
