As a Financial Services Administrator, you will provide critical administrative support to a select group of financial advisors, enabling them to focus on building and maintaining client relationships. You'll play a key role in managing daily operational tasks, from gathering client data to facilitating review meetings-all within a structured workflow that ensures efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
General Support:
Process service requests efficiently, following detailed workflows.
Learn and utilize industry-specific software tools.
Follow up with advisors and staff for any missing information.
Assist clients with technology requests (e.g., portal access, troubleshooting).
Communicate task completions to advisors for proper follow-up.
Financial Planning Support:
Distribute fact finders and collect client financial data.
Gather and organize client statements for financial planning.
Apply financial planning assumptions to generate basic financial plans.
Client Meeting Support:
Schedule client review meetings and send invitations.
Prepare agendas, presentations, and necessary meeting materials.
Update financial planning and risk assessment tools with the latest data.
Paperwork & Processing Support:
Prepare and process new account paperwork and service-related requests.
Coordinate signature collection and ensure timely submission.
Submit documents for compliance review and approval.
Track, follow up, and confirm execution of service requests.
Qualifications & Skills:
Financial industry experience is not required-we provide training!
Highly self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with computers and the ability to quickly learn new software.
High school diploma required; some college preferred.
Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory.
