Job Summary:



We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at a leading cattle slaughter manufacturing facility near Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production operations, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and lead a team to achieve operational excellence.



Qualifications:

• Beef or Pork Slaughter Experience (MUST)


• 1-3 Years in Leadership Positions


• Knowledge or Safety regulations


• BRC Experience (+)


• Degree (+)


• Ability to take direction and work in a fast paced environment
