We're hiring a Financial Analyst to help drive top-line growth by accelerating pipeline conversion, optimizing pricing strategy, and uncovering whitespace opportunities. Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Drive commercial strategy by supporting pricing and packaging decisions, deal desk operations, and quote management.


• Partner cross-functionally to optimize pipeline management and improve conversion across the customer journey.


• Support revenue management processes, including quoting, contracting, and SKU management.


• Manage and calculate incentive compensation plans for the sales team, ensuring accuracy and alignment with plan design.


• Analyze whitespace and market opportunities, leveraging tools like mekko charts and segmentation frameworks.


• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support commercial decision-making.


• Own the end-to-end quote-to-cash financial workflow using Hubspot, Concord, and PandaDoc.


• Build dashboards and reporting that track commercial KPIs and inform leadership decisions.


• Develop and maintain financial models and commercial forecasts.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in a commercial finance, strategic finance, or business operations role.


• Strong Excel modeling skills and analytical capabilities.


• Experience with Hubspot, Concord, and PandaDoc preferred.


• Experience with quoting tools, contracting workflows, and SKU-based product catalogs.


• Experience with market analysis, pricing strategies, and whitespace opportunity identification.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.

Skills:

• Strong business acumen and ability to influence commercial decision-making.


• Attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Comfortable building presentations, dashboards, and reports for executive audiences.
