Responsibilities:

• Lead and support our nursing team with strong leadership and clinical expertise


• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate patient care


• Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture


• Collaborate with staff, residents, and families to continuously enhance quality of life


• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations while promoting best practices in long-term care


• Manage an On Call rotation

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Ohio


• Previous leadership experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility


• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to patient-centered care


• Ability to mentor and develop nursing staff


• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Salary Range: $110,000-140,000
