Ivy Park Post Acute is a 150-bed post-acute care facility located at 5609 5th Ave., Pittsburgh. Here, we believe our staff members are like plants. They need attention and effort to grow. Successful candidates will have the following:

• Degree in Dietetics


• certification in good standing


• experience in a nursing home or healthcare facility


• extensive knowledge of dietary restrictions


• extensive knowledge of medical conditions requiring dietary changes


• exceptional communication skills

Your day to day:

You'll provide assistance in caring for our residents by ensuring their diets align with their medical needs/ conditions.. You'll work under supervision of our Dietary Director to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.
