How will you make an impact?
In this role, you will be responsible for performing HEPA Certifications, HVAC maintenance and ensuring compliance with regulations.
What will you do?
Including but not limited to the following:
Maintain HEPA, HVAC, and refrigeration equipment per the facilities preventive maintenance program.
Familiarize yourself with building automation systems.
Follow established HEPA and HVAC work order preventive maintenance schedules.
Repair and test equipment to find malfunctions; replace faulty parts; re-test for accurate operation.
Install, repair, adjust, service, and maintain electric or pneumatic control systems used for building heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, and equipment.
Install, operate, service, and repair conventional mechanical industrial and commercial refrigeration/air conditioning equipment.
